KSI Explains How He Lost £7 Million After Investing In Bitcoin

According to the YouTube star, he invested PS2 million in cryptocurrency and earned PS7 million for his efforts. But then, Bitcoin crashed.

KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Wilkins ‘JJ’ Olatunji, spoke on the Private Parts Podcast. She said that she had put PS2 million in last November/December but this was in cryptocurrencies – and that I made PS7million, which I have now lost.

“Yeah, [I’ll need to release] another EP.

“It has been a long journey but it was worth it. It was a difficult task to understand the entire crypto-space.

“I invested money in things that I essentially leveraged myself, and I kinda over-leveraged myself until I lost money because I was liquidated. So I put a lot into something that I was liquidated due to the Bitcoin crash.

He doesn’t let this get him down and believes that Bitcoin will be around for the foreseeable future, even though he has been bitten.

He said, “I was like, OK. Well big whoop.”

“It is what is. I’ll move on. It’s not worth crying about spilt milk. I realized that the bear market is when people want to invest in things.

“I was excited. It thought it was a bull market. Let’s go. I tried to invest money in all of these things.

“I was lucky to have the PS7 million, but I should’ve been smarter and taken that money out. You can then wait for it to drop again and get back in.

He said that Bitcoin investing is not like gambling. Bitcoin is the future, but it is not something that anyone wants to accept.

The same with Ethereum. It fluctuates but it’s increasing.

If you look at the whole thing, you will eventually get a $100,000 Bitcoin and a $500,000 Bitcoin.

It might take 5, 10, 15, or 20 years for it to happen. But, it will.

It’s not controlled centrally by any bank.

“It’s the future. It’s not a matter of whether people like it.

We’ll need to wait and see what JJ does.
